eBay International Shipping Program

A customer in New Zealand does not see the option to purchase an item with the eBay International shipping program. What is wrong or what should be done to enable this?

This is enabled for the listing and I do not have any country exclusions.

@bombergold Sorry, eBay must have been glitching for me yesterday.

Even though there are countries listed that it ships to there is NO international shipping for this listing

This is what I see when I change my country to New Zeeland....or any other of the countries listed as "ship to locations"

What is the package weight and dimensions? Is it too large or heavy to qualify for EIS shipping?

Packages should not exceed:
- 48 inches in length, 84 inches in length and girth
- 44 lbs. in billable weight (not actual weight) for all countries except Canada (maximum billable weight for Canada is 66 lbs.)

It is fairly large, but under those dimensions. I made a small edit and resaved the listing. Can you check gain.

@bombergold What are the dimensions of the package and the weight? The dimensions affect the billable weight.

44 lbs. in billable weight (not actual weight) for all countries except Canada (maximum billable weight for Canada is 66 lbs.)

Still no shipping to New Zealand or other countries.

The only other advice I have is to contact the eBay International Shipping Program team via email.

ebayinternationalshipping@ebay.com They are not super fast at getting back to you but they would be the best to check with though.

@bombergold Not all items can ship to all locations. The eBay International Shipping Program has restrictions in addition to country specific import rules. >
