Ebay International Shipping Program
Is anyone else in the US having trouble shipping things to the United Kingdom? It is not listed in the program?

Mentor2 years agoI looked at 2 of your sold listings and both use the ebay International Shipping. However, both did not include the United Kingdom in the list. Either you excluded that country, or those items are prohibited from being imported into the UK.

OP2 years agoI know, that is what you would think....... but actually, no, that is not true. I did check that box as I don't have any countries excluded from the programs shipping. I mean, why would I? And, yes, Barbies are allowed into the country as I have sent them for years. Sometimes it goes smoothly and sometimes the buyer just cannot pay as that country is inadvertently left out. No one on the phone at ebay seems to be able to help. It's frustrating as it is not the buyers fault and not mine. What to do? This is a recent situation.
