eBay international shipping not able to ship to Norway nor Romania

Question

Question about eBay international shipping which cover Norway and Romania, but currently it doesn't allow buyers from Norway and Romania to buy item from my listing. How do I file a ticket for this bug

@cthangthang That's odd that you could ship to Norway before.

Right now the item is blocked from EIS shipping completely. You can see that it only has shipping to the US.

I did a search for Tesla Speaker Repair kit with my shipping location as Norway and this is the only listing that has EIS shipping. Other listings did not.

My advice is to see how the wording in the listing and categories defer from yours. There is probably a keyword that the bots don't like.

I can help more with the comparison in the morning but I have been up since 4:30am so my brain is a bit tired.

I wonder this is just a bug, as I was able to send it to Norway before https://www.ebay.com/itm/265641352512

@cthangthang What is the item number? Not all items can ship to all countries due to import restrictions and restrictions of the eBay international shipping program.
