eBay international shipping no working
I have a buyer in Canada for a set of golf clubs. The package is 48x4x4 at 9lbs. I’m located in California, I am enrolled in eBay international shipping. My shipping policy is flat rate via UPS ground. On the buyers end it states I do not ship to Canada but I have shipped golf clubs to Canada before. I do not have any country restriction on the shipping policy. The buyer is able to purchase multiple single clubs that weight 2 lbs with the same dimensions. Why can they not purchase a set of irons from me?
