I cannot get a straight answer from eBay CS.

Is a specific label necessary to ship an electronic device that contains a lithium battery for international shipping?

USPS allows electronic device with battery INSIDE the device. eBay international shipping restrict STANDALONE lithium but is a label needed on the box when shipping and if yes, which one?

that last line says that the box should not bear any signs that a battery is inside the box????
