ebay international shipping help
So ive been working on my acount for about a month now and I was looking to venture into the eIS program. I am above average on everything yet I cant find the ability to enroll or even opt out under my shipping preferences. Is there a reason for this? Do I need to own a store? am I just too new?

Mentor2 years ago@eliteobsessions If you do not see the option to OPT in at the top of this linked page then eBay wants to wait a bit until you have sold more items.
