eBay International Shipping for Eyeglass Frames category
Summary: ikspecs is experiencing issues with their eyeglass frame listings becoming ineligible for eBay International Shipping. They've noticed that this change affects many listings in the category, but not all. They are seeking clarification on the eligibility criteria and how to make their listings eligible again. krazzykats provided a link to the eBay International Shipping page, but it's unclear if it helped.
Over the last month or so, I’ve noticed that all of my listings in the category Health & Beauty>Vision Care>Eyeglass Frames are no longer eligible for the eBay International Shipping program. Looking at other sellers, it also seems like most listings in this category are no longer eligible, although I have found a few that are still eligible. I’m just trying to understand what determines eligibility in this category. Is there something specific about my listings that I can change or update to make them eligible for eBay International Shipping again? I would really appreciate some clarification on what is causing the listings to be excluded and what, if anything, I can do to fix it.

OP2 weeks agoThe category isn't on the restricted list, so it's just odd that one day it's simply not eligible. I do sell in other categories that have eIS working, so it's not an account-wide restriction.
