eBay international shipping
I can no longer send my own invoices to overseas customers for eBay International Shipping.
Does eBay's invoicing to the buyer upon sale include the shipping cost? On my side I see only the cost ot the item. No mention of shipping costs.
Also, since you can't send your own invoice to overseas buyers, I can't combine shipping for mutltiple purchases.
And as far as I can tell there's no longer the ability to include a charge for mailing materials so I lose about $1.50 on every overseas sale since I assume that at best eBay is only billing for the actual mailing costs.
Should I just quit selling internationally?

Mentor3 years agoIf you have been opted into ebay's International Shipping, you cannot combine orders. ebay sends the buyer an invoice which covers item price + domestic shipping + international shipping. Not sure if customs charges/import fees are included or not. You get item price + domestic shipping. When you print the label, your package is shipped to ebay's hub, and from there they print the international label and customs form.

OP3 years agoThanks. #1 concern was whether or not the buyer was being properly notified to pay and that I'd get paid for my costs of shipping.
