    You cannot use a USPS Priority Mail box unless you purchase a Priority shipping label.  Sorry.

    Asked Ebay directly via the on-line chat, just to be sure, and you are incorrect - I can ship my item in a Priority Mail box with an Ebay International shipping label on it.  Here is the Agents' reply to my question - 

    Thank you for confirming. Yes, you can actually ship the item for priority Jeffrey. Im checking the account and it looks perfectly fine.

    Ok - thanks for confirming I won't be charged extra for priority shipping by the Post Office. I was worried they would charge me again. Perfect. I have more golf club sized PM boxes than std boxes. Thanks again.
    Nope, there will be no any extra charge Jeffrey as all of shipping will cover by the buyer.

    eBay International Shipping (eIS) is a new intermediated shipping program which adds international shipping for sellers. Sellers send their items to the domestic shipping hub and eBay will handle all decisions and complexity around export restrictions, shipping fees, customs, and returns, for sellers in the program.

    • Packages should not exceed:
      • 44 lbs. billable weight for every country except Canada (maximum billable weight for Canada is 66 lbs.)
      • 48 inches in length, 118 inches in length + girth (Girth = 2 x width + 2 x height)
