Ebay International Shipping 2nd charge?
Hello, why when I ship an order with EBay International Shipping do I get charged when the package ships and the 2nd charge when it is delivered? Thx, BB

Mentor4 months agoI went to one of your Sold listings, changed my country to the UK, and the shipping details showed USPS First Class Package International. That means you are not using the ebay International Shipping program, but shipping directly to the buyer using USPS. Therefore, I do not know what the second charge is for, except possibly if you underpaid shipping, the USPS would charge ebay who then charges you.
