An international buyer pays for shipping to the Chicago international shipping location, but who pays the cost of shipping from there to the final destination?

Mentor2 years agoYour buyer receives an invoice for the international shipping from the USA to his/her location. Your obligation is over once the package is delivered to the ebay hub.
