ebay international shipping
I'm using ebay international shipping and when my products fail to leave at the Consolidation Center, they never come back to my return address. How can I collect them?? and what 's the website, e-mail address for the shipping center?

After you sell the item and are paid, and the item is successfully delivered to the EIS hub, your transaction is finished. You have been paid. You no longer own the item and no longer have control over it.
The EIS hub will then determine if the item can be exported. If not, EIS may choose to liquidate (sell the item) locally and refund the buyer. The contract at this point is between EIS and the customer. You are out of the picture, but still get to keep your payout for delivering to the hub.
