ebay international shipping
Not quite sure how this works. If I ship in a USPS padded flat rate envelope to eBay international shipping hub, I will have paid $10.60. Does eBay bill the buyer the cost of shipping from the hub to the destination. Do I disclose anything in the listing. I offer free shipping in the US, but not sure how I make it clear that it is not to the final destination.
