Ebay International Shipping
I have a buyer in Italy that wants to buy 14 Collector Barbies from me. The weight is 19 pounds and the box is 23 X 23 X 22. I wasn't having any problems with my international shipping but when this buyer went to purchase my item it wouldn't let her. So I have called customer service 3 times. They have tried different fixes that haven't worked and keep telling me IT is working on a glitch. In the mean time I an losing a $400 international sale. I just started playing a round and notice when I change the weight of the item and size of the box it will let me ship it USPS international but not the Ebay International Program. Does anyone know if Italy has any weight restrictions or box size restrictions? I asked customer service if the Ebay international Program has any weight/dimension/dollar amount restriction to any country and the say no but I'm starting to wonder.
Any help would be appreciated!!
