eBay International issue
I have a international buyer that bought 2 items. On the first item, eBay International Shipping was an option. On the second item, it says the seller does allow shipping to their country and eBay International is not available. I do not have the country blocked. Any help or a phone number to a real eBay person would fantastic.

The other item purchased was also an analyzer and it shipping without issue.

I looked at the last two of these items that you sold. Both say you ship to the United States. I then looked up other listings like yours and they say they ship worldwide. The Philippines are included in the program and I couldn't find where this item might be restricted there. In this forum we are limited to what we can access on eBay accounts. So I apologize I don't have an answer.
You could go to Help&Contact on eBay and request a call back. Or contact eBay for Business on Facebook to connect with an eBay employee. Best of luck.
