I have made sure all of my settings are correct, including business policies, but my listings are excluding every country for eBay's international shipping (which I have opted "in"). When I try to update my settings, it says I am not excluding any countries. Can anyone help? I am constantly getting promotions to turn on Ebay's international shipping, but there is nothing that seems to make this work (fyi - I shipped internationally for years, stopped for a year or so, and now Ebay's intern...
