Yes, that is the street address for eBay's International Shipping hub.
"I've never shipped international before and didn't realize until I saw the address . . ."
Assuming you are in the USA and will send your sold item to that Illinois address - - -
you will NOT be shipping internationally.
". . . after ai already printed the label"
Artificial Intelligence never prints my shipping labels. Not sure how that works . . . .
"reached out to the buyer and they told me they live in Hungary"
That's nice. My most recent eBay buyer lives in Germany. I also sent her purchase to Glendale Heights, Illinois.

Mentor1 month agoYes, if they paid, you should ship. Follow any directions provided. If the item is not allowed, it would be rejected at the hub.

OP1 month agoif its rejected fir whatever reason, do they ship it back to me and refund the buyer? the items are video games

Mentor1 month agoIf it is rejected for whatever reason,
eBay will refund the buyer.
However, the item(s) will not be shipped back to you.

Mentor1 month agoHow do you figure? You are only responsible to ship it to the hub. The hub will then ship to your customer.
If you don't want to sell your item, you have that option too by cancelling the order.

OP1 month agoits crazy in the sense that if they dont ship it to the customer they refund them and don't ship it back to me
I've already shipped it to the hub at this point so I can't really cancel

Mentor1 month ago@pickinhippie just wanted to make sure that you understand that shipping with the eBay International Shipping Program is the safest way to sell on eBay. Once the item safely reaches the US Hub in Illinois the sellers job is done. After that eBay refunds the buyer for all refund request cases and you keep the $ from the sale.
Since eBay refunds the buyer out of their pocket they then own the item if it still has any value it's sold to a wholesaler to help cover the refund cost.

You, the seller, will have gotten paid for selling your item.
If for some reason it doesn't make it to Hungary or the buyer can refuse it for some eBay-valid reason --
the buyer will be made whole with a full refund.
The seller, on the other hand, gets to keep his/her sale proceeds.
But not a return of his/her sold item -- which would mean that seller would have to give up the sale proceeds.
This is a little quirk of eBay's International Shipping program that has kept me from listing a couple of items, antique glassware from my grandmother's childhood home, acquired pre-1900.
It would just kill me to think that they would be smashed, destroyed, or otherwise not returned to me if the buyer rejected them.
