Ebay International
I do not want to sell outside the United States. Why does Ebay continue to insist I ship to Canada, using international shipping?
How can I not ship to Canada?

Opt out of international shipping here - https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf
On that same page, under exclude locations, select all international locations and save. The exclusions override the international shipping, just in case they opt you in again.
