Ebay inserting comments to customers
Greetings, today I see that Ebay inserted a comment back to a customer that was false, customer asked if the item comes with orginal box or packaging, Ebay provided an unhelpful response that said "yes it comes with packagaing", Ebay now my customer is confused, please DO NOT insert false comments to my customers, let the seller type the appropriate response, thank you!

You can turn off AI responses to messages sent to you down in the bottom left corner of your My Messages.
