Ebay informed me that it has been 48 days since my purchase and they can do nothing to help me
I ordered a 10 set card from Buddafa 75 . He sent 10 cards but one of them was a duplicate. According to ebay's policy I should contact the seller and try to work it out. I contacted Buddafa 75 he said he was sorry and used the excuse because of the holidays he forgot and would send the card out in the morning. After a week and still no card I contacted Buddafa 75 and this time his excuse was he had a family emergency and forgot and would send it out in the morning. It is now over 48 days and still no card I contacted ebay and now they tell me because it's over 48 days they can't do anything about it. They are the ones who's policy I followed and I'm being penalized for it. Buddafa 75 new what he was doing and dragged this out in order not to be penalized for his mistake. I'm a believer in KARMA.
