Ebay incorrectly adding sales tax to silver bullion.
How do I contact ebay to refund the sales tax that ebay (not the seller) charged me on silver bullion purchases? Ohio is exempt from sales tax on precious metals and coins whose precious metal exceeds the face value.
Automated responses are getting me no where.
