eBay Import Fee when Purchasing a Watch from Japan
I am contemplating purchasing a watch listed on eBay from a seller located in Japan. In addition to the price of the watch, eBay assesses an Import Fee that goes towards paying import duties and tariffs. In the event that the watch arrives and is not as described, and I decide to return it to the seller (seller offers free returns and free return shipping), do I get the Import Fee that I paid eBay refunded?
