Whether sales tax is collected depends on the law in the state the item is being shipped to, but also on the category the item is listed in; if a seller lists a non-taxable item in a taxable category, that may result in taxes being collected.

OP6 months agoFlorida has no such laws for a single silver coin eBay just refunded me.
