EBay Hub Switched Packages
How do I help a customer with a wrong item sent to them from the Ebay Hub. I sent the correct item to the Hub. Customers got the wrong items. Ebay says they have to file a return. Ebay is telling me multiple different things.

Mentor1 month agoIf you are referring to the eBay International shipping hub then the buyer must open an "Item not as described" case. Once opened you need to contact customer service and let them know this was a shipment through the eBay International Shipping program so they can transfer responsibility to the program from you. You will get to keep the money and the buyer will be fully refunded. You do not get the item back as the hub will get the item back and then sell it themselves to recover the refund they gave to the buyer.
