eBay Hub delivery time
Hi, I have a package going to Ukraine, and it is at the eBay hub showing as delivered. But under the Orders page for the site, it still shows
"Funds on hold—awaiting delivery"

Mentor5 days ago@bproulx What is the item number? As @disneyshopper said the eBay International Shipping Program is not shipping to Ukraine at this time.
It's possible that you mistakenly added a different shipping method OR the buyer chose a US address at checkout.
Are you sure that the buyer has paid? If the buyer paid then it will be under Awaiting Shipment> https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:AWAITING_SHIPMENT

Mentor5 days agoIt appears you are using the ebay International Shipping program, and if so, Ukraine is excluded in the countries that the EIS ships to.
