ebay holding my money policy
I have mailed the sold item to the buyer, I have a delivery notice from the USPS showing the item is delivered, the buyer then gave Postive Feedback and happy with the item mailed. there is no reason to just arbitrarily refuse to pay me after the seller received the item and positive feedback, the eBay software didn't take into account that I have had an active buying and selling eBay account for 25 years to date. And nothing in your articles about payouts and payments, none of those articles justifies my money was not sent to me.

·1 year agoAll new and infrequent sellers are subject to payment holds, and large sales or one outside of your normal selling patterns will trigger holds as well.
