EBAY HOLDING FUNDS FOR NEARLY 6 MONTHS
EBay has decided to hold my husband's funds on his account for nearly 6 months now. They said it was because of verification which they have copies of driver's license passport and bank account information verifying who he is. After calling over two times a week for the past four months they still refuse to release the funds. Every time he talks to an agent he gets the run around saying 60 to 70 days. Were clearly on the website it says thirty days for restricted or suspended accounts. Every time we talk to eBay. They have different answers for the same problem and there's no resolution. How do I get my money released? Almost every time a call is made he either gets hung up on or supposedly transferred to a supervisor with no resolution. I do not understand how eBay thinks it is OK to hold money on an accout when everything has been verified. Other than getting a legal team involved for a lawsuit what Else can be done it is ridiculous because it's not even five hundred dollars.

A more knowledgeable rep will reply, but if still no resolution contact your state's Attorney General's office.
