ebay holding funds

Question

buyer has received and left positive feedback. Ebay won't release my funds. Chat doesn't help. they say "send an email", then they say "can't process at this time"

All new and infrequent sellers are subject to payment holds, and large sales or one outside of your normal selling patterns will trigger holds as well. The item being delivered or positive feedback left by the buyer typically is not part of how the hold being released is handled.
