Hello. Will someone pls tell me how to get Ebay to help me with a seller that is prolonging return info and doesnt want to fully refund me?

What is the reason for the return?

Have you opened a return case?

Did the seller supply a return label?

Have you shipped the item back?

Has the seller received it?
