ebay help email address
I have a rather confusing situation. My husband has an ebay account where he sells equipment and I have an ebay accout that sells clothes. Somehow his business email is recieving emails about my clothing etc. These are two completley different accounts and emails. We don't even share the same laptop. I am not sure what is going on. I cannot find a way to reach ebay via email and the automated AI has been zero help. Anyone have a way to contact them? When I call I get "you are calling outside of regular business hours".

You can’t call, but you can ask them to call you.
Here's how to contact eBay general customer service.

3. Answer the chat bots question by stating what you need help with.
4.Type AGENT ( you may have repeat steps 3 and 4)
5. Request a call back or live chat. (Note that the contact options vary depending on the topic and staffing availability)
Monday to Sunday 5:00 am to 09:30 pm PST
3. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.
