What another waste of time, I sold an item, so need to speak to a live person for them to help assure me my question, so I click on help & contact, then the sold item in question & why; shipping etc. so I click on that answer requesting live help, to end up right back to where I started from, in a complete circle to start the exact same thing over & over again.
This happens everytime I try to get live help on either a bought or sold item, such a stupid waste of time being sent in a complete circle to end up right back where I first started with still no live help at all yet.
