Ebay help

Can someone please tell me how I can get Ebay to help me with a purchase that when received, was wrong? I can't seem to get the seller or ebay to help me. I made the purchase on 12/29/24 and have yet to receive the complete, correct items I bought and am getting no help from either Ebay or the seller.

Thank you but I've tried to explain to the seller and ebay that we received the package, one piece was wrong and part of the assembly was missing and when I asked them to send the correct part, they sent me a whole set but the piece I need is broken and they still didn't send the complete assembly. I just want what I paid for and I have yet to get anyone to understand that. This has been going on for a month!

If you received something different than what you ordered, you can file a Return Request.

Within 30 days from date of delivery, go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return. â€œdoesn't match description". Attach a photo.
The seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
