Ebay "help" isn't worth a sh*t. It said it couldn't find a record of my transaction. Well, I did!I C Bank statement showing payment of a transaction ebay "can't find" an't figure out how to attach a record of that. I think that's because ebay DOEN'T WANT me to be able to attach it.

eBay can only help with transactions made using your eBay account. If the purchase was made using a different eBay account, you must first sign in to that account for help.

If you purchased as a guest, see the email that eBay sent regarding the guest purchase for order details.

If you know the eBay order number (which may be shown in a credit card statement following an "O*"), eBay customer service may be able to confirm what was purchased, but it is unlikely you will get much more than that unless the purchase was made using your account.

If the purchase was made using someone else's eBay account, contact your card issuer for details of the transaction or to dispute the transaction and get a new card number issued.
