eBay having my funds on hold when item is sold with status "item sent to agent for final delivery".
Hi everyone,
I'm really frustrated at the moment. I sold expensive headphones only for eBay to hold my funds because it is not shown as "delivered" as it was "sent to agent for final delivery" to the stated shipping address. I've been selling on eBay for years and never have had this issue, and I'm trying to contact eBay to get this issue resolved but it seems they've made it even harder for sellers/buyers to contact them directly. It seems that eBay does not see "sent to agent for final delivery" as delivered, which is why my funds are on hold. I'm worried the buyer can file a dispute because of this tactic, and that I'd be at a loss for something beyond my control. I've already reached out to the buyer stating if they can leave positive feedback for the item, but they haven't responded. Any tips?
