Ebay havent released funds to seller

Question

I realize that you paid ebay on the 9th. But they have not yet released the funds to my seller account. I just spent the better part of two hours trying to contact a human being there to find out why, but I keep getting pushed into an automated system that isn't addressing the issue. I told Brian at Pedowitz that I'd let him know the moment that the money hits our account, but as of now we can't release a machine we haven't yet been paid for.

As soon as Ebay says it's time to ship, you need to ship the item.

Depending on the price, they could hold the funds for 30 days.

If you're a new seller, the funds will be sent to your checking account once the hold is released, which could be 30 days.

@nando0212 Per Ebay: If your funds are not immediately available from payments for an item you sold, you're not allowed to hold shipment until the funds are released https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/selling-policies/selling-practices-policy?id=4346#section2 You need to ship ASAP and Ebay will release your funds to you later.
