EBAY HAVE TAKEN MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AFTER IT WAS REFUNDED ON A CANCELLED ORDER.

AFTER PURCHASING AN ITEM AND THEN REALISING IT'S THE WRONG ONE, I CONTACTED THE SELLER AND THEY WERE KIND ENOUGH TO CANCEL THE ORDER, AND THE MONEY WAS REFUNDED THE NEXT DAY.
THE NEXT DAY EBAY TOOK THE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AGAIN. I CONTACTED THE SELLER AND THEY SHOWED ME THE SCREENSHOTS OF THE CANCELLED ORDER, WHICH WAS ALSO CONFIMED BY AN EMAIL FROM EBAY THE PREVIOUS DAY. I DON'T KNOW HOW TO GO ABOUT GETTING MY MONEY BACK, I JUST SEEM TO GO ON AN ENDLESS HELP CENTRE LOOP.
I NEED HELP.
