Ebay have instigated a refund to me but I have also had the goods returned back to me!
Goods were not as described/faulty. My request for refund was ignored. Escalation by ebay resulted in my favour. Ebay instigated the refund today. The goods that I posted back to the seller last week have just been returned back to me marked "addressee gone away" . What is the policy for this situation please?
