I paid for an item January 25th That was supposed to be delivered by February 3rd and I was promised by eBay they would refund me February 4th and now they are saying they can't do it and when I contacted PayPal it canceled the dispute on eBay what a terrible customer service. I am going to cancel my account and continue to order from companies like timu and amazon.
