Mentor1 year ago@krijo9234 The items were all sold on July 18th and 19th so you might be experiencing the normal new seller fund hold as mentioned by my fellow Mentors.
Just sharing this information in case you do have some other type of account issue.
You will need to contact eBay customer service from #5 below but here are some tips that might help you.
All buyers payments are managed by eBay and sent to your linked checking account. eBay doesn't offer the debit card payout option at first.
How getting paid works>

Sometimes the problem is the checking account information was not set up correctly.
eBay won't tell what doesn't match for security reasons, this might be your problem.
1. Make sure that the ACH routing number is the correct one to use for deposits to your checking account. Sometimes banks have different ones for this type of deposit.
2 .The bank account must be a brick and mortar checking account, not a virtual one.
3. Your registered name and address on your eBay account must match your checking account and government ID exactly. You can not use a PO box for your registration but you can use it for your ship from and to addresses.
I had to add my middle name to my eBay account.
John B Doe is not the same as John Brian Doe.
You can confirm or update your eBay account information here:
https://accountsettings.ebay.com/profile
4. Enter your backup payment method for selling costs here: https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list
AND Select Manage under the method you want to use then select Preferred for selling costs.
5. Here's how to contact a eBay customer service Managed Payments Agent:
On a computer go to your Seller Hub Overview page and click on SUMMARY
https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/summary
Next scroll down to the lower right corner and click on the ? mark. Then you will see a pop up and a button that says " Have us call you"
( If you don't see the option on this page to request a call back try back later during business hours of 9 to 5 PT. The option may not be available during high call volume times but this is the best way to contact a Managed Payments Agent)

Mentor1 year agoHi @krijo9234
I agree with @evry1nositswindy that unless you have a message from eBay stating that your account is suspended then this just may be a case of a dormant account that just started getting sales this month. You have nothing for sale right now, did eBay end all of your listings or are you just out of stuff to sell?
Payments can be on hold for up to 30 days, read about that here: Payments on hold | eBay
We do not have account access here so we can only go by what you provide us with regard to details.

Mentor1 year agoAll new and returning sellers are subject to a 30 day hold of funds. This is a safeguard in case a return is requested in that time frame. The money is released after that. That doesn't mean you are suspended. Did you receive an email or eBay message stating you were suspended? If so, what was the wording?
