Ebay has ripped me off
Does anyone know how to get in touch with anybody at Ebay? Ive been ripped off for 700$ and cant get help because the seller told me to close the dispute, the package was coming. It never did. This system wont let me get past that. I closed the dispute, they say they cant do anything

Once you close a refund case you can not re-open it or open another one through eBay. You will need to open an item not received refund with your funding source, PayPal, credit card, etc.
