Virginia has extended the exemption of sales tax on coins and bullion last month, but eBay has not updated their systems and is still charging Virginia residents sales tax.
How do I get in contact with a human at eBay to get this fixed?

This is an actual error on eBay's part. eBay started charging tax to Virginia residents on July 1, but the exemption was extended at the last minute by the state government
