Ebay has not updated that item, arrived to customer

Hi,

Item shipped and tracking shows arrived to customer November 13. I've been paid... but Ebay system still shows shipped? So I assume customer cannot leave feedback? What's up w that?

Tracking or lack thereof does not in any way impact the buyer's ability to leave feedback.
