eBay has not sent payment to my bank after 3 weeks for an item which was delivered
I made a sale. I shipped the item. Seller Hub shows the item purchased, paid for, shipped, and delivered on time. The buyer has left positive feedback. The sale was on 4 August 2026. As of 26 August 2026, payment for the item has not been sent by eBay to my bank. I checked the Payments tab on Seller Hub, and it does not show that the payout was sent. I have sales one or two days before and after this sale, and those payments have been received. All my other sales payments were successful, but this one was not. The system says that there are no blocked payouts on my account. I tried using the eBay automated assistant, but it only directed me to check things which I had already checked. How do I get this payment? I was going to call eBay Customer Support, since the eBay AI Assistant couldn't correct the problem, but I can't find a phone number for support. Can anyone offer any guidance on how I can get my payment?
