Ebay has not refunded my 7 cancelled shipping labels

I had printer issues a few times with trying to print my labels. Anyway over about 6 months, I have had 7 cancelled labels that did not print. I notified Ebay appropriately; however, they have still not refunded my money. It's like $49.00, and they keep saying oh we will. There needs to be some way that fixes this problem or maybe it's just me.

This assumes you used the Shipping labels page and the "Cancel" label function via the drop-down menu on the left to cancel that labels. Track and manage your shipments

What reason did you select when you cancelled those labels?

The credit on your account should happen within 21 days or less after a label is cancelled. You can Reprint a label 5 times before having to purchase a new one. I assume that you tried more than once to print labels when they failed right?

I do not know why eBay would string you out about with no apparent intentions of crediting your account, obviously they are not going to do that so you will have to use the lost money as a deduction when you do your taxes.

Hopefully you have resolved your printer issues to avoid this issue in the future?!?
