I just noticed it that a printer was never shipped to me: but Ebay has no way to
report it. as it was not a recent purchase
there should be a way to communicate with EBAY in categories that do not
'fit' their boxes

Mentor1 year agoGo to your purchase history and see if the estimated delivery date has passed. If so click on I haven't received my item. The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking showing delivery or refund. If not, go back on the 4th day and ask eBay to step in and a refund will be forced. This is the eBay 30 day money back guarantee. Have you let this time frame pass? If so you will have to contact your payment provider. Never let the 30 days pass or you will have no recourse through eBay. There is no need to contact them, as this system is automated and it works if you follow the dates.
