Ebay has NO INTEREST in helping a buyer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I bought a Card from a buyer who sent me a Graded 10 card from a company that the website says doesn't exist. They made the label look very much like PSA. I psid immediately and the card was sent. I opened the package and the case holding the card was open and the card exposed. Cheaply put together no security. I contacted the seller and told him about the website. He continues to sell these to this day by the droves. I asked for a refund and he has refused to send me his address to send the card. Paypal will not process the claim until I send the card back and the seller does not respond to me. There is no way to contact Ebay to help so they just refuse because I have claim in which can not be processed until I send the card back. The system is rigged to allow fraud or theft by the seller. All the security they have is so the seller gets paid but NONE for the buyer!!!!! I will lose my money I can't do a thing about it but I think I will stick to buying from trade shows and card stores in the future. Way to go EBAY keep hurting your lifeblood!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OP2 years agoHe refuses to answer me I started a claim and because I started a claim the system does not allow me to return the product. I also can not message anyone including ebay. The seller does not answer any messages and refuses to send me a prepaid label. Paypal and ebay will not award me the claim unless I send the product back to the seller. Since I have no address I can't send it. Vicious catch 22. So I lose and this clown seller wins!!!!! I will not buy on ebay anymore. Been using ebay for many many years always played fair. Got screwed a few times and this is the last straw!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mentor2 years agoThis is how returns work on ebay:
The easiest way is to go to your Purchase history, locate the item. You have 30 days from date of receipt. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on MORE to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. You print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
If you start with Paypal, and open a return there, ebay will not be able to help you.
