Ebay has my laptops location in wrong state.
After logging on to my Ebay acct. and then later on logging Out.
I get an email from Ebay asking me if this is my laptop logging-in and if yes then there is
nothing to worry about. When I read further down on the notice, for my approx. location,
It's completely in the Wrong State. Ex. CA. When I live in PA
One would think that since I have an acct. with Ebay, that they would know my laptops location.
along with the proper User name and log-in password. What's up with this ? ?

Are you using a VPN, a virtual private network? That could account for it.
