eBay has my claims check and won't release my money I'm owed for a claim honored by UPS.
Summary: chaserookie is experiencing an issue with a claim reimbursement check that was mistakenly sent to eBay instead of their account. Despite contacting over twenty eBay representatives over almost three months, they have not yet received their claim money and are seeking advice on resolving this issue.
UPS sent a claim reimbursement check to eBay for a package shipped under my account. I need to be transferred to the Shipping Claims team to have this payout issued to my account.

I've been going back and forth with eBay for almost 3 months and aI still have not received my money. Does anyone know who to contact to resolve this issue because after over two dozen eBay representatives on a phone call, nobody seems to know how to get my claim money.
