eBay has mislead me by stating the earrings I bought as lab diamonds but they have tested as moissen
These were ordered in January as gifts but I just had them tested. What recourse do I have?

It is too late for eBay to help. Call your credit card issuer and ask if they can open a dispute for you for an item not as described.
