eBay has incorrectly identified and removed an item as counterfeit
Item removed
EBay claims it’s a counterfeit.
It is not. I am the original owner.
What can I do?

Mentor2 weeks agoA lot will depend on what the message said that you received when eBay re moved the item. If the message mentioned VeRO (Verified Rights Owner) then the rights owner required eBay to remove the listing. If the message did not mention VeRO then another user reported the item as counterfeit. If the rights owner reported the item then you will not be able to list the item unless the rights owner gives express permission for you to list the item. If another user reported the item then you would have to prove to eBay customer service that the item was genuine by whatever method they ask for.
